The Evolve Journey Retreat:
April 2026 | Limited Spots Available - Pensacola, FL
A small, thoughtfully guided retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and leave feeling more grounded — with space for rest, meaningful connection, and personal choice.
Set on a private, nature-filled five-acre property, the retreat offers a calm, supportive setting where people engage in ways that feel right for them. Some participants come primarily to unwind — enjoying time outdoors, shared meals, music, movement, creativity, or quiet reflection. Others arrive curious about deeper inner exploration, including the role psychedelic medicines may play in their personal journey.
Some participants have prior experience with medicine. Others are simply curious and want a grounded space to learn, observe, or reflect. Still others choose not to engage with medicine at all and find the retreat deeply nourishing in its own right.
All of these orientations are welcome here.
A restorative, thoughtfully guided weekend designed to support each participant exactly where they are in the moment
A small-group experience with experienced facilitators available for both light engagement and deeper exploration
A retreat where participation is guided by choice — whether that looks like rest, connection, curiosity, creativity or deeper personal inquiry
A complete, stand-alone retreat experience, with personalized preparation and integration support available for those who want it
Not a therapy program or clinical treatment
Not a high-intensity or emotionally demanding container
Not a performance-based or outcome-driven experience
Not a retreat where everyone is expected to engage in deep inner work or medicine-related exploration
This retreat is designed with a gentle rhythm — a balance of structure, shared experiences, and room to rest, explore, and enjoy the setting.
The days follow a pace. We gather at certain points for guided experiences, and between those times there is space to rest, connect, explore the property, or enjoy quiet moments on your own.
Group gatherings may include:
Gentle breathwork or body-based somatic practices
Guided reflection or inquiry
Group conversations
Some participants enjoy active involvement, while others prefer to observe or participate quietly.
For those drawn to expressive forms of connection, opportunities may naturally arise to:
Dance or move to music
Play percussion instruments or drums
Listen, watch, or simply feel the rhythm
Create some Art in the Art Workshop Area
Rejuvenating Sound Bath
The retreat takes place on a private five-acre property, offering many ways to enjoy the outdoors. During free time, participants often choose to:
Walk the property or sit quietly outside
Gather around the fire pit in the evenings
Swim in the pool or hot tub and relax on the patio
Journal, read, or enjoy a quiet moment with a cup of tea
Meals are prepared by the Retreat House Hosts with care and shared in a relaxed, communal way. Lodging is comfortable and designed to support rest and ease throughout the weekend.
For those who want additional structure or conversation, pre- and post-retreat integration opportunities are available at no additional charge. Participation is optional but these additional online meetings seem to be appreciated by all.
You may feel at home here if you:
Want a break from the pace and noise of everyday life
Are looking for time to rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself
Enjoy thoughtful group experiences without the need to perform or share deeply
Are interested in working with psychedelic medicine — or are simply curious — and want to explore that in a thoughtful, supported way
Appreciate gentle structure and the freedom to participate at your own pace
Are drawn to reflection, presence, connection, and meaningful time away
This retreat welcomes people from many backgrounds and life stages. Some participants arrive feeling tired or stretched thin. Others simply want a peaceful, nourishing weekend in a supportive setting.
Some participants arrive feeling ready to explore deeper layers of personal or trauma-related material. When that interest is present, facilitators are available to offer skilled, compassionate support, and you may find connection with others who are also open to deeper inquiry — without pressure or expectation.

You’ll be supported by facilitators who value presence over performance and depth over technique. Our role is not to direct your experience, but to create a container that feels safe, grounded, and responsive to what’s actually arising.
This retreat is about being met — not fixed, pushed, or led somewhere you’re not ready to go.
(With Depth Available for Those Who Want It)
When you join the Evolve Journey Retreat, you’re stepping into a thoughtfully held experience — one that offers both restorative ease and the option for deeper personal exploration, depending on what feels right for you.
Some participants come primarily to rest, reconnect, and enjoy a meaningful weekend away. Others feel ready to engage more deeply with personal insight, reflection, or inner work.
Both experiences are welcome here.
What makes this retreat different is the level of support and choice built into the experience.
For those who appreciate structure or want to arrive feeling more oriented, we offer optional pre-retreat preparation through guided online gatherings.
These sessions are designed to:
Help you feel more grounded and connected before arriving
Meet the other participants and facilitators in advance
Learn tools and practices you can use at home and during the retreat
Support those who feel drawn to explore their inner landscape more intentionally
Participation is encouraged for those who want it — but not required.
The heart of the experience is an intimate, in-person retreat with a small group of participants in a serene, private setting.
With a more than adequate facilitator-to-participant ratio, support is readily available — whether you’re seeking quiet presence, meaningful conversation, or deeper personal inquiry.
You’ll have access to:
Gently guided group experiences
Space for rest, reflection, and connection
Skilled facilitators who can support both light engagement and deeper work
You are always in choice about how you participate.
For participants who want help integrating insights or experiences from the weekend, optional post-retreat integration support is available.
These gatherings offer:
Space to reflect and make sense of what emerged
Continued connection with facilitators and fellow participants
Support in bringing insights into everyday life, if desired
Again, this is an option, not a requirement.
ABOUT OUR FACILITATORS:
Experienced, Grounded Support — Meeting You Where You Are
The Evolve Journey Retreat is guided by a team of experienced, certified facilitators who are comfortable holding a wide range of experiences — from gentle, restorative presence to deeper personal exploration.
Our facilitators are trained in a shared set of tools and approaches, providing a steady foundation for the retreat. At the same time, they recognize that each participant arrives with their own needs, interests, and capacity.
The facilitation style is attentive, responsive, and present, allowing the experience to unfold in a way that feels supportive rather than prescriptive.
Structure With Room to Breathe
The retreat is supported by a clear, thoughtful structure that helps participants feel oriented and held. Within that structure, facilitators remain flexible and responsive to what is emerging in the group and in individuals.
This means:
Opportunities for reflection, connection, and inquiry are available
Deeper exploration is supported when it feels appropriate and welcomed
Rest, quiet participation, and light engagement are equally respected
Participants are invited to engage at the level that feels right for them, moment by moment.
There is no single “right” way to experience the retreat.
Guidance Rooted in Presence and Attunement
Facilitators guide from the present moment, paying close attention to pacing, group dynamics, and individual capacity. Rather than steering toward predetermined outcomes, they support what naturally arises — whether that looks like rest, clarity, insight, or simply time to be.
For those who feel drawn to explore more deeply, facilitators are available to offer grounded support. For those who prefer a lighter, more restorative experience, the space allows for ease and spaciousness.
There is no single “right” way to experience the retreat.
About Medicine-Related Support
Some participants arrive with prior experience using psychedelic medicines, while others do not. Our preparatory Zoom Sessions are a great place to discuss this.
When relevant and appropriate, facilitators can offer supportive, educational context for those integrating past experiences or seeking greater clarity around their personal journey. Any discussion related to medicine is optional and approached with care, respect, and awareness of current legal and ethical considerations.
Participation in these conversations is entirely by choice.
A Team That Supports the Full Spectrum
