It was very helpful and fun! You get to learn the tools in more in detail than you would from going through the free mini-courses.  The tools are really easy to learn and they're kind of intuitive.  I had already figured out some of them on my own and I'm sure other people probably have also, they just might not have definitions, protocols or a order of operation for using the tools as a method which is very helpful.  Practicing the tools is something you can do anywhere.  You may just need some private time to be able to process your triggers and your emotions.  It’s been vary helpful for me!

I've really enjoyed our group and have looked forward to it every week. It is great to see how this program and these tools are helping others to deepen and deal with difficult life experiences. It’s been a wonderful growing experience!

It has been much more than I expected! It’s been great meeting new people and seeing different perspectives.  My life has gone in a better direction.  I feel more at peace and the tools have helped me with conflict and are helping me resolve old trauma.  It was not difficult to learn the tools.  Using them regularly does take practice.  Once I got the hang of it it was it was very enlightening and helpful.  I jumped in quickly because having the guidance helped me feel confident!
