Do I need experience with breathwork?
No. If you've never done a breathwork journey before, this is a beautiful place to begin. The session is fully guided — you'll never be left wondering what to do. All you need is willingness and a quiet space.
Will it really work over Zoom?
Yes — and we've led dozens of powerful journeys online. The breath is the technology. Your facilitator's voice creates the container. Participants often report that the intimacy of being in their own home actually deepens the experience.
What do I need to prepare?
A quiet space where you can lie down. A yoga mat, couch, or bed. A blanket. Headphones if possible — the music is part of the journey. Plan to not drive for at least 30 minutes after the session ends.
Are there any contraindications?
Conscious connected breathing is not recommended if you are pregnant, have a history of cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, severe anxiety, or certain respiratory conditions. If you have any concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before joining.
Will there be a recording?
No. This is an intentionally live experience. The group field — the shared presence of everyone in the room — is part of what makes it work. We encourage you to protect the time and show up fully.
